In-store pricing and availability control in the event of any conflict with the Site
We do not guarantee that any item shown on the Site will be in stock or available for purchase
Prices listed online may differ from in-store prices due to timing of updates
Images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary
Clearance, “as-is,” and floor model items may be excluded from promotions unless expressly stated

Lewis Furniture & Appliance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing errors have occurred, and to correct such errors at any time.

4.1 General Promotion Terms

From time to time, Lewis Furniture & Appliance may offer sales events, promotional discounts, and other special offers. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotion:

Promotions are valid only during the stated dates and while supplies last
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupons unless specifically noted
Promotions exclude clearance, “as-is,” floor models, prior purchases, taxes, delivery fees, and service charges

4.2 Renovation Sale (March 26 – April 11, 2026)

Lewis Furniture & Appliance is participating in a Renovation Sale from March 26, 2026 through April 11, 2026 at our store located at 650 West Malone Avenue, Sikeston, MO 63801. Sale terms and eligible merchandise will be posted in-store and communicated via our marketing channels. See store for complete details.

Social Media Disclaimer Any promotions advertised through Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other social media company. Questions or complaints about promotions should be directed to Lewis Furniture & Appliance — not to any social media platform.

Financing & Promotional Credit Offers

Lewis Furniture & Appliance may advertise promotional financing options, including 0% interest for a specified promotional period on qualifying purchases with approved credit.

All financing is subject to credit approval by the applicable third-party lender or in-house financing program, not by this Site
Actual loan or credit terms — including interest rate, required minimum purchase amount, payment schedule, and deferred-interest provisions — are governed solely by the credit agreement between you and the financing provider
Not all products, sale items, or customers will qualify for promotional financing
Financing offers may not be combinable with certain discounts or promotional pricing
Failure to pay the full balance before the promotional period ends may result in deferred interest charges — please review all financing disclosures carefully in-store

You must review and agree to all lender disclosures and terms in-store prior to completing any financing transaction. This Site does not originate or guarantee any credit or loan.

Lewis Furniture & Appliance may offer the option to receive text message communications including appointment reminders, promotional offers, product availability updates, and other business-related messages.

Your mobile number and messaging history will be stored securely within our customer relationship management (CRM) platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your separate, express consent.

6.3 Online Form Submissions & Chatbot Interactions
